Is the Free Listing really free?
Yes. It costs nothing and never renews. It includes your directory profile and logo, up to 5 photos, up to 3 products or services, 5 search keywords, and your phone, email and WhatsApp. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.
What do I get by paying for Basic?
Basic is AED 25 during the Diwali offer (normally AED 50), paid once. Your listing appears above Free Listings in search and category results, you become eligible for the Verified badge once your trade licence is approved, and you get a visitor dashboard, an enquiry inbox, offers and coupons, and room for up to 12 products or services.
How do I pay?
Add your business details first. You'll then see the exact amount and pay on Ziina's secure payment page. Nothing is charged before you complete payment there, and your package switches on as soon as Ziina confirms it.
Do I need a trade licence?
It's optional for a Free Listing and required for paid packages. Just Search checks it privately before awarding the Verified badge.
Do paid packages renew automatically?
No. Basic is a one-time payment. The Marketing Plan and E-Store are billed monthly, with no long-term contract. Your Company Portal reminds you before a renewal is due, and you renew from there. Nothing is charged automatically. Join during the Diwali offer (until 8 November) and the Marketing Plan or E-Store stays at 50% off for your first 12 monthly payments.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade any time from Company Portal → Orders. Your listing, details and account stay the same.
Can customers use Just Search like an app?
Yes. Just Search installs on any phone straight from the browser. Customers can find and contact you, and you can manage your listing, enquiries and orders on the go.
What can I expect from the Marketing Plan?
Just Search markets your business page every month to bring you customer leads, phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries. You see every call, WhatsApp click and enquiry in your lead dashboard. How many you get depends on your category, area and season.
Do you guarantee a number of leads or a Google ranking?
No. Nobody can honestly promise a fixed number of customers or a search ranking. Paid packages improve where and how your listing appears, and the Marketing Plan actively brings people to your page, but results vary by business.
